Cake Mix Cookies
These cookies are simplest cookies I have ever baked! I have taken them too many bake sales and pot lucks and I always get asked for the recipe! No one can believe how simple they are to make. A gigantic bonus is that they are delicious!!!
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, butter and eggs until smooth and well blended. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
That's it...simple and yummy. They are also delicious with yellow cake and white chocolate chips, strawberry cake and chocolate chips, spice cake and raisons...you get the idea.

I'm all about cake mix cookies! Last year I was so pressed for time that I wasn't going to be able to make my usual holiday cookies. I decided to only make some cake mix recipes and they turned out great!
I will try these and Karen's recipe too.
