The Biggest Loser week 4

This week was not as good as the previous ones....gained one pound. Considering I did NOT eat very healthy a few days (plus retaining water...I know TMI), not bad.
Today is another chance to be healthier!

Keep it's a life stlye. It's OK to slack off every once in a while. The next day just get back to it. Good for you!!

Are you weight lifting? It could be water weight, that time of the month, etc... If you are weight lifting, remember muscle weighs more than fat and that can throw you off some. Hang in there!!!
