This was a productive week-end! I finally have gotten the dining room back in order. After piling things up in there and not having anything on the walls for months...I could not take it anymore.
Wow...just wow! It doesn't even look like the same room anymore! I love that you painted the brown trim in white and the color on the wall is nice and cozy looking. The china hutch in the corner is a nice touch, esp because it helps make the room not look so square!
Great job!!
Did you do the stencils on the wall freehand? I really like them.
LOL ladies...the stencils are actually peel and stick...very nice and easy. I did not paint the picture...although I very much wish I could paint like that...and it was over many, many week-ends...I just cleaned it out and stored things and decorated THIS week-end. I am, however, very happy with the way it turned out.
I am a mother to a wonderful 7 year old boy and wife to the best husband. I work as a RN for the Veterans Administration and love working with veterans. We have 3 dogs that run the house. This is my first blog and I am enjoying it very much, as well as getting to read some other blogs around the world.

I still love the color. Pretty wall arrangement. The stenceling is nice and simple over the platters and I love platters on the wall!!
